I was born and raised on a farm outside Alliance, Nebraska. My family continues to be active in raising cattle and growing wheat. I graduated from Alliance High School, attended Nebraska Western College where I was named on the Who's Who List and made the Honor Roll.
While attending NWC, I was intrigued by a visitor who spoke about the court reporting profession. I subsequently enrolled and graduated from Mile Hi Court Reporting College in Denver, CO. I was employed by the State of Colorado and worked for Judges Richard D. Robb and Rosalie Vigna in Pueblo District Court. I was engaged in court reporting both as an official and freelance reporter until 1997.
Upon seeing the benefits of neuromuscular massage, I enrolled and graduated from CIMT in Colorado Springs. I owned and ran Janelle Daugherty Enterprises, Inc working with mostly injured car-accident victims, arthritic, MS, fibromyalgia and degenerative-disk diseased people.
All during my life I have had the experience of working around real estate. Growing up, my parents owned and managed several investment properties. I presently own and manage five investment properties of my own. I am a member in goodstanding of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors, and have been awarded the Quality Service Certification.
When I am not assisting my clients, I enjoy being taken for a walk by my Westie dogs, spending time with good friends, traveling, and enjoying the many attractions of Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas.
I am very passionate about my real estate career and strive to exceed my clients' expectations.
I would thoroughly enjoy being given the opportunity to work with you in meeting your real estate needs.
